Right of withdrawal
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons for doing so. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.
For commercial customers, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us of your decision to Withdrawal Form the contract (e.g. by mail, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, you may optionally use the enclosed Withdrawal Form, however this is not obligatory. In case you choose to use the Withdrawal Form, we will immediately contact you (e.g. via e-mail) to confirm the reception of your withdrawal. To remain within the withdrawal deadline, it suffices to send us the message about your intention within the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged have to reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the delivery should begin during the withdrawal period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Legal Basis
Our withdrawal policy is based on the applicable provisions of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as well as the relevant national legislation in Germany, in particular Sections 355 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
