Some technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union such as TR CU 10/2011 On safety of machinery and equipment or TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment require certain technical documents that confirm the conformity of the product with the requirements of the technical regulations.

Authorized representative for EAC Certification in Kazakhstan and the EAEU

In order to be able to carry out an EAC certification or EAC declaration, the foreign manufacturer must appoint an authorized representative in one of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. This then represents the interest of the foreign manufacturer in the cooperation with the certification bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in relation to the safety and quality of the products and their compliance with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
