The Eurasian Economic Union is five countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Each country maintains its own state land register and cadastre, which contains all basic information about real estate objects. Having consulted with information in registers, one may find out the address, area and description of real estate and who owns it and which transactions were carried out with it. Access of third-parties to certain information may be restricted, thus a possibility for obtaining an extract shall be specified individually

Extracts from land registers are required for:

  • confirmation of title to real estate
  • receipt of information about the real estate item
  • debt collection
  • analysis of prices for real estate
  • other commercial and analytical purposes

Search in the register is possible by:

  • full address
  • passport data of owner
  • cadastral number

We provide information without registration or subscription, just send us a request specifying your details in it and available information about real estate, for which you would like to obtain an extract from the register. You do not have to delve into fine points of local legislation, our employees themselves will form a request, will find lacking information and as soon as possible will send you an original extract and, if required, its translation into a language of your choice. You won’t have any risks as you obtain desired documents at a fixed price. By your desire we may apostille an extract from the register. Documents are sent by post, expenses for apostille will be calculated additionally.

Our offer:

  • Quick and reliable request handling
  • Convenient order using an online form
  • Result in PDF form by E-mail
  • Translation to any foreign language
  • No expenses, if information about real estate is not available
  • Apostille for an extract from the land register
  • Confidentiality and personal data protection
  • Excellent quality and delighted clients

Preliminary check:

For you we will check on a free-of-charge basis whether the register contains information about the real estate of your interest. Search by owner’s data is often available only if a legitimate interest is present.
Order a preliminary extract, and you will obtain the following information on a free-of-charge basis:

  • Availability of a record in the land register
  • Price of the extract from the land register
  • Availability of additional documents
  • Time for obtaining an extract
  • Price of apostilling

I used the services of Schmidt & Schmidt OHG because I needed a new version of a personal document and an apostille stamp. I paid almost 600 EUR, which is rather pricy, but still much cheaper than the alternative (going to the country and arrange everything myself). The whole process from initial contact to receiving the final product took about 3 months, which I think is reasonable and there were no unnecessary delays. The communication with Valeria, my contact person was always good, clear and with fast responses. My involvement was going to the embassy and arrange a power of attorney, after this Schmidt took care of the rest. I recommend this service to anyone who wants to save themselves the costs of traveling and outsourcing most steps of this process. Many thanks to Valeria and the team for helping out, I appreciate it!

In the beginning i though that it was not a legit company for the amount of scams outthere, after checking reviews and feedback, we decided to go for it.

Working to get and appostille, after traveling to two different countries to be able to get one for our process, after periods of frustration and almost quitting.

Schmidt & Schmidt appears as a real blessing. They manage to work on our request in a decent time period, we receive our documents intact.

I will recommend them 100% and we will their service for any other process that we might need in the future.
