America is part of the world that unites two continents: North America and South America and adjacent islands. America comprises 35 states and 25 dependent territories. Each country maintains its own state real estate register and cadaster, which contains all basic information about real estate objects. Having consulted with information in registers, one may find out address, area and description of real estate and who owns it and which transactions were carried out with it. Access to registers may be restricted at the level of individual countries by domestic personal data protection legislation. Certain information may be unavailable for third-parties, thus a possibility for obtaining an extract shall be specified individually.

Extracts from the real estate register are required for:

  • confirmation of title to real estate
  • receipt of information about the real estate item
  • debt collection
  • analysis of prices for real estate
  • other commercial and analytical purposes

Search in the register is possible by:

  • passport data of owner
  • cadastral number

In the beginning i though that it was not a legit company for the amount of scams outthere, after checking reviews and feedback, we decided to go for it.
