Having consulted with information in registers, one may find out address, area and description of real estate and who owns it and which transactions were carried out with it. Access to registers may be restricted at the level of individual countries by domestic confidentiality and personal data protection legislation. In many Asian countries certain information may be unavailable for third-parties, thus a possibility for obtaining an extract shall be specified individually.
Extracts from the real estate register are required for:
- confirmation of title to real estate
- receipt of information about the real estate item
- debt collection
- analysis of prices for real estate
- other commercial and analytical purposes
Search in the register is possible by:
- full address
- passport data of owner
- cadastral number
