The real estate register of Singapore (or Integrated Land Data Service) is under the jurisdiction of the Land Department of Singapore falling under responsibility of the Ministry of Justice.
The integrated land data service is a universal portal which enables to obtain information about property and land use provided by the Land Department of Singapore. It enables users to search and acquire information about land and property. Besides, it contains data on transportation lines.
The land department of Singapore carries out registration of real estate and maintenance of registers.

The Land Department in its current form was established in 2001 when the Land Department, Department of cadaster, Monitoring Department and Land System Support Group were united.
The Department employs approximately 550 workers.

Extracts from the Real Estate Register of Singapore may be used for:
- confirmation of title to real estate
- receipt of information about the real estate item
- debt collection
- analysis of prices for real estate
- other commercial and analytical purposes
*some data may be unavailable for certain items, or may be provided for a fee.
The period of extract provision shall be reported individually.
