Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann die Dienstleistung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Vom Standesamt habe ich erfahren, dass meine alte Geburtsurkunde ohne Apostille nicht akzeptiert werden kann. Plötzlich stand ich also vor der Situation, innerhalb von nur 2,5 Monaten eine neue Geburtsurkunde aus Kasachstan mit Apostille und Übersetzung zu benötigen. Laut kasachischer Botschaft hätte dieser Prozess regulär 8–10 Monate gedauert — zusätzlich spreche ich selbst kein Russisch. Für mich war das zunächst eine absolute Katastrophe, da unsere Hochzeit bereits vollständig geplant war.

Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, die Dokumente über diese Agentur zu beantragen. Zugegeben, der Preis ist nicht ganz niedrig, aber der Service war wirklich 1A. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, effizient und zuverlässig, die Erreichbarkeit hervorragend. Ein großes Lob geht besonders an Frau Ekaterina Kravtcova, die mich während des gesamten Prozesses sehr kompetent und freundlich unterstützt hat.

Am Ende habe ich alle notwendigen Dokumente bereits 1,5 Monate vor meiner Hochzeit erhalten und konnte endlich die Anmeldung beim Standesamt vornehmen.
