On April 2, 2020, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed Russian citizens in connection with the active spread of coronavirus in the World. In this address, Vladimir Putin announced a weekend that will continue until April 30.
In this address, the President called for vigilance, compliance with the self-isolation regime, most small and medium-sized businesses, factories and other institutions were closed.
It is still unclear how certification centers and laboratories will operate during this period. Earlier, the Ministry of industry and trade, the Ministry of economic development of Russia, together with Rosaccreditation, developed special recommendations in connection with the complex epidemiological situation associated with the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
