The technical regulation TR CU 012/2011 On safety of the equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres is changed

On November 16, 2021 the public discussion of the draft of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Union “About changes to the technical regulations TR CU 012/2011 “On safety of the equipment for operation in explosive atmospheres“. The Technical Regulation set minimum requirements for the safety of products during the EAC Certification, EAC Declaration or state registration.

Changes in the Technical Regulations for Protective Equipment (PPE) are Planned

Amendments will be made to the several scopes of regulations, revision of appendices, and clarification of requirements for concrete PPE.
Russia will be responsible for further development of the regulations with the support of other member states of the Association (EAEU).

New technical regulation 044/2017 On the safety of bottled water

On September 5, 2017, the Eurasian Economic Commission has published an official resolution about the new technical regulation TR EAEU 044/2017 On safety of packaged potable water including natural mineral water.
