Thanks to Schmidt & Schmidt, and especially to Ekaterina Kravtcova, for your help! I worked with Ekaterina at Schmidt & Schmidt to obtain my Russian birth certificate and police clearance while living in North America. Ekaterina was outstanding; she always responded within 24 hours (often much faster) and was consistently helpful, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and nice. The entire process was very streamlined and easy on my end. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently, in about a month, exactly as Ekaterina promised before we signed the contract. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am very grateful to Schmidt & Schmidt and Ekaterina.
