On March 2, the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EWK) number 18 was officially published, which includes the changes to the list of production that has the binding requirements under the EAEU.
The document was adopted on February 21 and has been in force since April 1.
There is also a new position in the unit index - “67. Nicotine products. Fillers for nicotine delivery systems, including fillers that do not contain nicotine ”.
The nomenclature was adopted by decision of the Customs Union Commission (number 526 of 28 January 2011).
It is worth noting that on January 14th the new position was included in the directory. Such an action has been confirmed by the EEC college.
