Herkese tavsiye ederim. Bol şans ve her şey için tekrar teşekkürler!

Schmidt & Schmidt successfully managed the procurement and full international legalisation of a death certificate from Germany for use in India. Despite the inherent complexities of handling cross-border paperwork and historical record constraints, their team made the process seamless.

Our dedicated consultant, Ekaterina Kravtcova, was absolutely phenomenal. She was thoroughly professional, highly knowledgeable, and provided us with clear, timely updates at every single stage of the process, which gave our family immense peace of mind. The final, fully authenticated documents were securely couriered to our doorstep in India exactly as promised. I highly recommend this firm and specifically working with Ekaterina!

Apostille and consular Legalization of foreign documents

Apostille and legalization

All documents have to be legalized for use abroad. The Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents unites 115 countries of the world and allows the simplified legalization procedure in the form of apostilling. Documents certified with an apostille gain legal force in all Convention member states after certified translation.

Today there are 115 countries that have ratified the Convention. Schmidt & Schmidt offers help with legalization and apostilling of official documents, that might be needed in courts or for notaries.
