Highly recommend! Liudmila, who lives and works in China and is fluent in (at least) Chinese and English, was able to quickly contact the correct local authorities to help me retrieve paperwork related to international adoption. When my original request was not possible, she helped me evaluate the alternatives and we came up with a solution that worked. Her responses were always thorough and timely - due to time differences, she was getting my e-mails in the middle of the night but she always responded promptly the next morning.
