Decision №41 „On the validity of EAC Declarations compliant with the minimum requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU“ has entered into force on July 1, 2018.
On July 12, 2018, the Eurasian Economic Union has announced a new monitoring system. It is supposed to detect violations of the technical regulations of the EAEU faster.
On July 1, 2018, new rules have come into force that concern the creation of registration numbers for EAC declarations in the registers of the Federal Accreditation Service Rosakreditatsia.
