Under current law, most companies registered in Bahrain are required to file annual financial statements.The filing of financial statements in Bahrain is governed by the Commercial Companies Act and other regulations.
Bahrain currently uses the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They are mandatory for large public companies and are allowed for small and medium-sized enterprises.
