The Centre for Foundation of Enterprises (Centre de Formalités de la Création des Entreprises - CFCE) is responsible for registration in the commercial register (Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier - RCCM). Their services are partially available online.

At the same time legal courts directly subordinate to the Ministry of Justice are also responsible for the management of the commercial register.

The Chamber of Commerce (Chambre de Commerce, d'Industrie, des Mines et d'Artisanat - CCIMA) manage their own separate commercial register.
