On July 28, Jamaica's Minister of Justice, Delroy Chuck, sent a legislation to Parliament proposing a simplified procedure for the legalization of public documents issued in Jamaica for use abroad and of foreign public documents for use in Jamaica.
On August 6, 2020, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation submitted a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation for public discussion, which stipulates the possibility of the use of electronic apostilles on Russian official documents.
