The Technical Regulation TR EAEU 036/2016 On requirements for gaseous fuel covers liquid hydrocarbon gases which are marketed as fuel for private and industrial use and contains binding safety requirements. It aims to prevent misleading actions regarding their intended use and safety for the consumer.

Application area
The Technical Regulation sets the mandatory safety requirements for liquid hydrocarbon gas with respect to the processes of storage, transport and sale thereof, in order to ensure free circulation in the customs union.
The conformity assessment process
The conformity assessment with the requirements of the Technical Regulation TR EAEU 036/2016 takes place in the form of an EAC Declaration.

The products declared according to TR EAEU 036/2016 On requirements for the gaseous fuel are to be marked with the EAC marking. A corresponding amrking may only be made when all Technical Regulations under which it falls are met..
Period of validity of the EAC Declaration
The EAC Declaration for serial production is valid for 3 years.
