Having consulted with information in registers, one may find out address, area and description of real estate and who owns it and which transactions were carried out with it. Access to registers may be restricted at the level of individual countries by domestic personal data protection legislation. Certain information may be unavailable for third-parties, thus a possibility for obtaining an extract shall be specified individually.

Extracts from the land register are required for:
