On November 8, 2021, the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 100 "On the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union" On the safety of products for civil protection and protection against natural and man-made emergencies" was published. The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to gradually introduce labeling in the “Chestny ZNAK” system (Честный знак - honest sign) for bottled water in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). On May 17, 2017, the new technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union TR EAEU 042/2017 On safety of children's playgrounds has been passed. It contains the binding safety requirements for playground equipment, floor coverings for children's playgrounds, as well as rules for their project planning, assembly, use, transport, and recycling..
On May 18, 2017, the new technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union TR EAEU 041/2017 On safety of chemicals has been published. The new regulation serves as a gift-in-return to the European REACH regulation and CLP regulation.
The technical regulation TR EAEU 037/2016 determines unified requirements for the permissible concentration of lead, quicksilver, cadmium and hexavalent chromium in electronic devices.
On October 18, 2016, the technical regulation "On safety of attractions" has been passed in Moscow during the meeting of the Eurasion Economic Commission. The document was finally published on December 23, 2016.
