A public discussion has started in Russia about the list of products that fall under the EAC declaration according to TR EAEU 036/2016

On August 16, 2021, a public discussion began on the draft of the list of products, with a certificate of conformity e.g. EAC Declaration (or information on it) on compliance with the requirements of TRs EAEU 036/2016 "On the requirements for gaseous fuel" except for the customs declaration is required.

At the moment the list contains two items:

  • Gaseous fuel used as fuel for domestic and industrial consumption
  • Gaseous fuel which is used as a fuel for road traffic

The customs tariff number (HS-Code) of the goods is given for each product group. The product identification takes place via the name and the HS-code of the goods.

For the above-mentioned groups of gaseous fuel, an EAC declaration must be registered in accordance with the requirements of TR EAEU 036/2016 before they are placed on the market.

The public discussion is expected to end on September 15, 2021.
