ATEX certificate for Russia, Kazakhstan and EAEU
ATEX equipment consists of the instruments and machines used in areas at risk for explosion, whose composition allows them to prohibit an explosion when operated. The ATEX certification is an authorized confirmation, that the equipment conforms to technical requirements for explosion-proof equipment in the EAEU.
State registration
The attestation of the national registration confirms the product's conformity to the sanitary rules of the EAEU. The authorization was obligatory from the 1st of July 2010 and is considered a replacement for hygiene certificates.
EAC certificate for railway
The certification of rail vehicles and railway equipment is a question of the conformity assessment of the products and services used in rail traffic in the EAEU.
Fire safety certificate for Russia

Authorized representative
The manufacturer, which is not established in one of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, is not entitled to apply for any EAC conformity certificate.
In accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, only an entrepreneur residing in the territory of the Customs Union may be designated as an authorized representative.
In order to get the conformity certificate, the foreign manufacturer must appoint an authorized representative in one of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. He represents the interests in the certifying bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union regarding the safety and quality of products and compliance with technical regulations.
