The technical regulation TR EAEU 037/2016 On restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment will be changed

On October 25, 2021, a draft to amend TR EAEU 037/2016 "On restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment" was published on the EAEU website. The Technical Regulation set minimum requirements for the safety of products during the EAC Certification, EAC Declaration or state registration.

TR EAEU 037/2016 "On restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment" comes into force

On the first of March TR EAEU 037/2016 "On restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment" comes into force.

Register of electronic equipment passed

The register of electronic equipment for which the use of hazardous substances is restricted, will come into force on November 18, 2018.

On August 4, 2016, the College of the Eurasian Economic Commission published resolution № 110 on the approval of the technical regulation TR EAEU 037/2016 On restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
