On April 5, 2022, the Resolution of the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated March 25, 2022 No. 1003 "On Approval of the List of Products with Indicated Customs Tariff Numbers" came into force. It identifies the products for which the provisions of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022 No. 353 "On the specifics of activity in the field of conformity assessment in the Russian Federation in 2022” do not apply.
Such products are as follows:
- Pyrotechnics and explosives
- Elevators
- Some machines and devices:
- Snow and swamp vehicles, snowmobiles and trailers
- Agricultural machinery
- Machines for animal husbandry, poultry farming and feed production
- Lifting and transport equipment
- Crusher
- Tractors, tractor trailers and their components
- Weapons and ammunition
- Radiators and convectors
- Cement
- Pesticides
- Respirators and gas masks
- Polyethylene pipes for transporting gaseous fuels
- Goods, clothes and linen for children
For all other products that are exported into the territory of the Russian Federation as a single or batch delivery, it is possible to issue an EAC declaration on the basis of own evidence with a validity period of 6 months (without entitlement to mark products with the EAC mark and deliver products to other EAEU countries in accordance with this declaration of conformity).
