Virgin Islands of the United States (US/American Virgin Islands, USVI) are an organised unincorporated territory of the United States of America, located in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean. Registration of companies on USVI is in the competence of the Division of Corporations and Trademarks of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor. All stages of registration procedure are carried out by the Registrar.
