Year 2019 is coming to an end. It was a bright and intense year with exciting and interesting events.
Since 2015, more than five thousand companies and individuals around the world have become our customers, more than three thousand last year alone. Among our clients there are a number of global industrial and engineering companies, international banks and leading accounting companies. Thus, we increased revenue by 55% per year, strengthening our claims to leadership positions in global competition.

Internet remains for us the main channel of interaction with our customers. We will continue to aggressively strengthen our position on the Internet, offering innovative products in new markets. At the same time, we see promising opportunities in development of other sales channels. This opens up new perspectives, but also involves certain risks and requires the commitment of the entire team. Now we know a lot about internet marketing, but we still have to learn something. Although we are very optimistic, we need to remain vigilant, efficient and flexible.

We continue to focus on long-term goals and remain committed to market leadership. Leadership means in our understanding an increase of the customer base and the number of reorders, the recognition of the brand, higher sales, profit and a correspondingly higher return on investment. Customer orientation remains the key to our success.
In order to continue successful operation, we must constantly improve the business processes and quality of work so that our services continue to be attractive to our customers in more than 150 countries. The scientific and analytical approach to management decisions and risk-based thinking remains important to us. It helps us to be prepared for the dynamic and changing reality. We strive to further optimize business processes.
Another priority is accumulation, enlargement and systematization of knowledge, training and development of personnel, since our employees and their qualifications are the basis and guarantee of our company prosperity.
The success of the last year would be impossible to achieve without the efforts of a talented, intelligent, hardworking team of like-minded people, and I am proud to be part of this team. Setting high requirements by recruitment remains the most important element of our success. Working with us is not easy, but we are working to create something important for our customers.
We will continue to strive to strengthen our team and attract young and ambitious people who want to try their hand at international consulting.
Next year, we face ambitious and extraordinary tasks and a number of challenges and obstacles that we have to overcome:
- First of all, expanding the network of representative offices around the world and developing an affiliate program in the field of legalization of documents and services related to global mobility;
- Secondly, expanding the offer of consulting and corporate services for small and medium-sized companies in the EU;
- Thirdly, the development and launch of a number of innovative legal services for Russian corporate clients.
