On July 2, 2021, the decision of the board of directors of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 77 of June 29, 2021 was published. The document contains the lists of international and regional standards according to TR CU 020/2011 "On electromagnetic compatibility". The Technical Regulation set minimum requirements for the safety of products during the EAC Certification, EAC Declaration or state registration.
With this decision the list of the following standards has been approved:
- the standards, whereby compliance with the requirements of TR CU 020/2011 is ensured on a voluntary basis
- the standards, the rules and methods of testing and measurements, including the rules for sampling, which are necessary for the application and fulfillment of the requirements of TR CU 020/2011 and the implementation of the conformity assessment of items of the technical regulations
With this decision, paragraph 2 of the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 879 of December 9, 2011, which established the first versions of the list of standards according to TR CU 020/2011, is no longer valid.
Numerous points in the list of standards have been updated, which ensures compliance with the technical regulations on a voluntary basis. For example, as of July 1, 2022, the following standards will no longer be used:
- STB IEC 60601-1-2-2006 (National Standard of Belarus)
- GOST 30850.2.1-2002 (IEC 60669-2-1-96)
- GOST IEC 60730-1-2011, 60730-2-5-2012, 60730-2-6-2014, 60730-2-7-2011, etc.
- STB IEC 60730-1-2004 (National Standard of Belarus)
- GOST R 51179-98 (IEC 870-2-1-95)
- STB IEC 60870-2-12003
- GOST 30011.1-2012 (IEC 60947-1: 2004) and many others.
The decision will take effect 180 days after the date of publication on December 28, 2021.
