The duty-free import rate of foreign currency and personal items will be reduced in all EAEU member countries in January 2020. Changes will also concern international mail.
Goods exceeding a value of 200 euros and (or) whose weight exceeds 31 kg will need to be declared, as well as a customs duty of 15% of the value of the goods and at least two euros per kilogram of excess weight should be paid.
Particular attention should be paid to online orders, online customers will need to be very careful and attentive when they buy large and expensive goods, otherwise, additional costs are not inevitable.
