On February 12, 2020, the Government of Russia published Decision No. 116, which includes the changes to the state inventory of goods that require mandatory certification in GOST R.
The document defines the following types of goods that must be excluded from the inventory for which a certificate is required:
- safe
- Locking devices, including secure locks and locks for protective structures.
Now there is only personal protective equipment left - armored clothing.
The State Directory was approved by Government Decision No. 982 of December 1, 2009. It contains goods that must pass a security check in the form of a certification or declaration within the framework of the requirements of Russian law. The uniform standards of the EAEU's technical regulations have not yet come into force for such goods.
