Schmidt & Schmidt OHG and Sercons International GmbH have settled a dispute at the Regional Court of Stuttgart on September 3, 9.2020. In the settlement reached before the Regional Court of Stuttgart, Sercons International GmbH with its registered office in Baar, Switzerland, undertakes committed itself towards Schmidt & Schmidt OHG to refrain in future from appearing in business dealings in Germany
as "Sercons International GmbH" with the address Leitzstraße 45, 70469 Stuttgart or any other German address without indicating that it is a Swiss GmbH and
to create the impression that Sercons International GmbH is a "Russian testing and certification body" and/or a "certification authority" and/or a (Russian) "public authority".
