The lists of customs tariff numbers for pressure equipment and particular types of special foodstuff including dietic clinical and dietic protective nutrition have been changed. Confirmation of conformity (e.g. in the form of an EAC certificate or an EAC Declaration) according to the requirements laid down in the EAEU. New editions of the lists will come into force on January 1, 2022.
The changes affect the following technical regulations: TR ZU 027/2012 “On safety of particular types of special foodstuff including dietic clinical and dietic protective nutrition” and TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of pressure equipment”.
The customs tariff number for herbal teas and mate, Paraguayan tea, has been changed in the technical regulation TR CU 027/2012 “On safety of particular types of special foodstuff including dietic clinical and dietic protective nutrition”. Instead of the customs tariff number "2106 90 920 0", the customs tariff number "2106 90 930 0" is used.
The customs tariff numbers are clarified in the technical regulation TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of pressure equipment”. The customs tariff number ”7419 99 900 0“ is replaced by “7419 80 000 0” and the customs tariff number “8108 90 900 9” is replaced by “8108 90 9008” replaced.
The changes concern several points: containers for gases, liquefied gases dissolved under pressure and vapors for working environments of groups 1 and 2; Containers for liquids in working environments of groups 1 and 2.
