The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) took a decision on 23 June 2019. It complements the program for the development and revision of standards for the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 009/2011 "On safety of perfumes and cosmetic products"

The decision was made on May 21st of this year and officially released on May 24th, 2019.

Based on the adopted changes, the program will be supplemented by 18 new posts, including the development of new intergovernmental standards in the period from 2019 to 2022.

The Republic of Belarus will be the responsible developer for all standards.

One GOST is assigned to the Russian Federation. The Russian side will ensure the development of a standard for cosmetic textiles.

The basis for the development of GOST standards for lists will be the provisions of the OECD TG (International Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Standards), ENV / JM / MONO and CEN / TR (GLP compliance standards).
