From December 1, 2021, the provisions of the regulations on the composition of information on the performance of accredited persons, changes in the composition of their employees and their responsibilities, and changes in technical equipment that are transmitted by accredited persons to the accreditation body apply. This defines the necessary information that accredited testing laboratories have to submit to Rosaccreditation for the mandatory EAC conformity assessment.
What information must the accredited test laboratories make available to the state information system of Rosaccreditation?
From January 1, 2021, accredited testing laboratories must carry out the work on the mandatory EAC conformity assessment, provide information and scanned copies of documents with the following information:
- Performed tests, including the following data:
- Issued test reports with date and number
- Equipment, measuring devices used during the tests
- Test object with details of the documents (standards) that define the rules and test procedures
- Applicant who has applied to the test laboratory for the purpose of examination (name and contact details of the applicant) and the date of submission of such an application
- Results of the tests
From 01.12.2021, accredited testing laboratories must also provide the following information on the state information system for pink accreditation for the mandatory EAC conformity assessment:
- The date of receipt of the sample as well as the date and place of the sample taking if the selection was carried out by a test laboratory
- Start and end date of the tests
- Address of the place where the tests are carried out
