On July 16, 2021, the decision of the board of directors of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 86 of July 13, 2021 was published. The updated lists of the standards according to TR CU 016/2011 "On the safety of appliances burning gaseous fuels" were approved. The document comes into force six months after the date of its official publication.
On June 1, 2021, the decision of the board of directors of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 58 of May 25, 2021 was officially published. A new program for the development of standards of the Technical Regulation 016/2011 was thus approved.
New standards for the technical regulation TR CU 016/2011 On the safety of gas operated devices are being developed and updated. The standards determine the requirements of TR CU 016/2011.
GOST R 59411-2021 “Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes for industrial use. Construction and Operating Rules” has been approved on behalf of Rosstandart. This standard has thus become the first document to promote the use of non-metallic pipes in the oil and gas industry.
On 14 September 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) approved the draft for a new technical regulation on pipelines by Decision No 114. therefore a new technical regulation “On requirements for pipelines for the transport of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons” will be developed.
The Council of the Eurasian Economic Union has included changes on the technical regulation TR CU 016/2011 On safety of appliances burning gaseous fuels in the plan for the development of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
