Important Information: Working Hours During Ramadan and Holidays

Dear customers,

Please be aware that the upcoming month of Ramadan will begin on the evening of March 1 and will last until the evening of March 29, 2025. During this period, the working hours of government offices, postal and courier services, as well as commercial organizations, may change in many Muslim countries.

During Ramadan:

  • Working hours in many countries, especially in the Middle East and North Africa region, may be reduced.
  • In the final days of Ramadan, especially on Laylat al-Qadr (Night of Decree), many institutions may be closed.
  • After Ramadan ends, one of the major Islamic holidays, Eid al-Fitr, will be celebrated on March 30, 2025. During this period, most government and commercial institutions will be closed, and postal and courier services may experience delays.

It is also important to consider:

  • Delays in processing requests and issuing documents in government offices.
  • Limited working hours of notary offices and translation bureaus in countries where Islam is the predominant religion.
  • Increased delivery times for documents due to high demand on logistics services.

Furthermore, Ramadan transitions into the spring holidays in Europe, which may lead to additional delays in organizations' operations, particularly in April and early May.

How to avoid delays?

  • Plan the submission of documents for legalization and apostille in advance.
  • Consider potential delays in courier delivery and choose reliable services.
  • Contact our specialists in advance to check the schedule of the institutions responsible for processing your documents.
