From July 21 to August 10, 2021, there will be a public discussion on the draft to amend the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Eurasian Economic Commission No.12 of January 22, 2019. This approved the list of products for which a certificate of conformity is required in addition to a customs declaration. With a certificate of conformity (EAC Certificate, EAC Declaration, certificate on the state hygienic registration), the compliance with the requirements of the technical regulation TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment is confirmed.
Four items on the list that relate to tanks have been changed:
- Tanks for gases, liquid gases dissolved under pressure and vapors with working medium of group 1 and:
- at which the maximum permissible working pressure is above 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum permissible working pressure and the value of the capacity is above 0.0025 MPa · m3
- at which the maximum permissible operating pressure is over 20 MPa, capacity is over 0.0001 m3 up to and including 0.001 m3
- Tanks for gases, liquid gases dissolved under pressure and vapors with working medium of group 2 and:
- at which the maximum permissible working pressure is above 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum permissible working pressure and the value of the capacity is above 0.005 MPa · m3
- at which the maximum permissible operating pressure is over 100 MPa, capacity is over 0.0001 m3 up to and including 0.001 m3
- Tanks for liquids with working medium of group 1 and:
- at which the maximum permissible working pressure is above 0.05 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.001 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum permissible working pressure and the value of the capacity is above 0.02 MPa · m3
- at which the maximum permissible operating pressure is over 50 MPa, capacity is over 0.0001 m3 up to and including 0.001 m3
- Tanks for liquids with working medium of group 2 and:
- at which the maximum permissible working pressure is over 1 MPa, the capacity is more than 0.01 m3 and the product of the value of the maximum permissible working pressure and the value of the capacity is over 1 MPa · m3
- at which the maximum permissible operating pressure is over 100 MPa, capacity is over 0.0001 m3 up to and including 0.01 m3
In all of these items, the old HS-codes for the goods (7419 99 900 0 and 8108 90 900 9) will be replaced by the new HS-codes 7419 80 000 0 and 8108 90 900 8.
The new version of the list is to come into force on January 1, 2022.
