Technical documentation for EAC conformity assessment

In order to carry out the EAC certification or EAC declaration successfully, certain technical documents must be submitted. They are the prerequisite for carrying out the conformity assessment. Some technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, such as TR CU 010/2011 On safety of machinery and equipment or TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment, require specific technical documents that confirm the conformity of the product with the requirements of the technical regulations.

Authorized representative for EAC Certification in Kazakhstan and the EAEU

In order to be able to carry out an EAC certification or EAC declaration, the foreign manufacturer must appoint an authorized representative in one of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
