Until the beginning of 2022, the Public Services Agency will develop and launch special programs (E-register and E-APP - Electronic Apostille Program), which will provide the technical side of electronic apostille and the use of certified documents.
In March next year, signatures of officials authorized to sign official documents, as well as samples of the corresponding seals and stamps, will be integrated into the E-APP.
At the same time, traditional apostilles affixed on paper will remain unchanged. They can be used along with electronic ones.
Uzbekistan joined the Hague Convention on the Simplified Legalization of Documents by Apostille in 2011. Depending on the specific type of documents, the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Testing Center under the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan can certify them with an apostille.
