New standards for the technical regulation TR CU 016/2011 On the safety of gas operated devices are being developed and updated. The standards determine the requirements of TR CU 016/2011. The Technical Regulation set minimum requirements for the safety of products during the EAC Certification, EAC Declaration or state registration.
The document provides for the creation of 25 standards and the revision of 3 standards. In the next two years, GOST ISO 23550-2015 with general requirements for protective devices for gas burners and devices, GOST ISO 23551-2-2015 for pressure reducing valves and GOST ISO 23551-4-2015 for systems for automatic valve shutdown are to be updated.
The creation of new GOSTs is intended for the following objects:
- thermoelectric flame monitoring
- multifunctional control devices
- mechanical gas thermostats
- mobile gas appliances
- pipe coupling and flexible pipes
- pipe connections
- manual gas valves
- exhaust valves
Russia is responsible for the timely creation of 4 standards with the requirements for the manufacture of the following objects: ovens with built-in grill, multi-purpose burners, grills and rubber materials for gas appliances.
