On July 5, 2022, the Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation was registered and published. This completes the list of products that are not subject to the simplified EAC conformity assessment procedure, which is set by the Government Decree No. 353.
Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2022 No. 2055 “On changes to the list of products with indication of the customs tariff number, in relation to the provisions of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 12 March 2022 No. 353”, is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2022 No. 1003.
To the existing list of products are added:

- Welding equipment
- Equipment for the textile industry
- Tailor
- Cutters and saws
- Abrasive tools and materials
- Mining Equipment
- Drilling equipment
- Equipment for ventilation and dust suppression
- Electrotechnical products:
- Extension cable
- Cables, wires
- Elements and parts of wheeled vehicles
- Products to ensure fire safety (including fire extinguishing agents, fire retardants, fire extinguishers, fire extinguishers, pumps, sirens, PPE for firefighters, etc.)
- Finishing materials
- Aluminum dishes and aluminum foil
- Window and door elements
