On January 31, 2018, a resolution by the government of the Russian Federation „On changes to the unified list of products requiring conformity“ has come into force. It has been decided to delete several positions from the list of GOST R products requiring conformity.
The following positions have been removed from the list:
9261 Frozen fish;
9262 Salted fish;
9263 Smoked fish
9264 Caviar;
9265 Seafood;
9269 Herring;
9270 Canned seafood;
9271 Canned fish;
9281 Lipids, vitamines;
9282 Fishmeal;
9284 Seaweed et al;
9280 Fish oil
The resolution was made after on September 1, 2017, a new technical regulation TR EAWU 040/2016 TR EAEU 040/2016 On safety of fish products has come into force.
The transitional period for declarations issued already has been arranged in the Resolution of the Eurasian Economic Commission № 40 of April 24, 2017.
