On June 20, the decision of the Eurasian Economic Commission on the changes to the commissions resolution № 710 of July 15, 2011.
This decision revises the introduction of the compulsory attestation of conformity in the form of the EAC Certificate or EAC Declaration of Rail vehicles and rail infrastructure according to:
- TR CU 001/2011 On safety of rail vehicles
- TR CU 002/2011 On safety of high-speed trains
- TR СU 003/2011 On safety of railway infrastructure
The decision postpones the date of compulsory application of new TR CU regulations of the Customs Union for a year until August 2, 2017, and thereby allows the import of products certified according to GOST in the field of rail traffic and rail infrastructure to Russia.
