Registration in the commercial register is carried out by the Greffes du Tribunal du Commerce. The commercial register (Registre du Commerce et du Crédit Mobilier - RCCM) is managed by authorised secretaries from the commercial court.

All relevant documentation for registration must be submitted to the Agence Nationale de la Promotion de l'Industrie et de l'Innovation (APII). Their services are partially available online.
