TR EAEU 052/2021 On safety of underground vehicles

The technical regulation TR EAEU 052/2021 On safety of underground vehicles specifies requirements for newly developed, modernized, manufactured underground vehicles and their components that are used in the customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Application area

Underground vehicles and their components that directly affect the safety of these vehicles.

TR EAEU 052/2021 does not apply to:

special underground vehicles and their components that serve the organizations for their own needs
underground vehicles and their components that were placed on the market after the entry into force of this technical regulation, according to the contracts that were concluded before this technical regulation came into force
underground vehicles that were put into circulation before these technical regulation came into force
underground vehicles purchased in addition to similar underground vehicles operating on the effective date of this technical regulation
components manufactured as spare parts for the maintenance and repair of the underground vehicles referred to in points "b", "c" and "d" of this paragraph

EAC Marking

According to the Technical Regulation TR EAEU 052/2021 On the safety of underground vehicles, the underground vehicles must contain the following information:

Name of the manufacturer and (or) its brand
Name and (or) designation of type, brand, model
Date of manufacture
Weight

The labeling must be in Russian and, if the legislation of the Member States so requires, in the official languages of the Member State on whose territory the chemical products are sold.

The marking must be clear and legible, resistant to mechanical stress, chemicals and climatic influences, and must remain until the full use and (or) disposal (processing) of chemical products.
